Ted initiated the New Jersey OD Community in 1998. The New Jersey OD Community is a free all-volunteer organization development professional association. Under Ted’s leadership, the New Jersey OD Community (NJOD) has grown to 1,200 members in less than 6 years. The NJOD Community offers monthly programs, career symposia, annual sharing conference, pro-bono works for non-profit organizations, e-newsletters, job networking, and other activities.
In 2003 Dr. Don Cole, President of The O.D. Institute, asked Ted to initiate a global committee to reinvent the future of OD. The Global Committee is now collaborated and fully supported by all three global OD professional associations: the OD Institute, the OD Network, and the International OD Association. The Global Committee consists of 152 OD practitioners worldwide, an Academic Review Board of 20 outstanding scholars, an Advisory Board of 32 Heads of OD and Business Leaders, a Global Communications and Community Relations Team of 45 members, and a core leadership team of 7 highly talented OD practitioners.
Ted is a senior manager in a global corporation, and he has over 15 years of experience in organization development, quality, production management, and engineering. Ted is a doctoral candidate at Columbia University in the Department of Organization & Leadership.
