 The Non-Profit Committee Mission: 

 

Through our volunteer consultants, we provide organizational performance solutions to the New Jersey Nonprofit Sector, enabling them to optimize performance and in turn better utilize their funding to serve the greater NJ Community.

Non-Profit Committee Vision:

  • Nonprofit organizations are receiving organization and performance tools frameworks and solutions that make a meaningful difference to their performance and those they serve.
  • As volunteers, NJODN members are fully engaged in the non-profit sector, using their skills and satisfying their desire to help the greater NJ community.  Member are viewed as the # 1 source for OD consulting for the non-profit sector.
  • NJODN is serving as a model for other ODN chapters.
  • The Non-Profit Committee seeks to transfer to our clients OD fundamentals and practices that can repeatedly improve their organizations.

The Non-Profit Centers of Excellence:

Our consultants will provide in-service consulting and educational engagements with non-profit clients in the following areas:

  • Strategic planning /organization needs analysis
  • Competency Modeling
  • Learning solutions
  • Team development /Process facilitation/group dynamics
  • Leadership development /coaching
  • Performance improvement systems
  • Change management

Our Clients:

NJ-Based Nonprofit Sector. Organizations include yet are not limited to: social and community service, congregations, schools, arts, and environmental organizations.

  Non-Profit Committee Principles:

  • Non-Profit Committee members are volunteers in the community. 
  • As a learning community, The Non-Profit Committee  members share our learnings throughout the NJ OD Network.
  • The Non-Profit Committee  members are using skills to help the communities in which we live.
  • Engagements/projects are performed by  The Non-Profit Committee  members through pro-bono community service work.

The Non-Profit Committee is providing pro bono service to improve the quality of life for the clients of the non-profit community in New Jersey.
